Ear clogged from drops?

Two days ago I used Simalson ear drops for a slight ear pain that quickly went away on its own. Unfortunately, what has took its place feels a lot worse.

My left ear now feels completely clogged from the Simalson drops, which include natural ingredients. Is that normal? I've tried Debrox drops (not much wax coming out), taking a decongestant (to relieve pressure) and my girlfriend did a warm water cleanse into my ear with a rubber syringe. Nothing has changed.

I feel like I might need to risk Covid-19 exposure to go to Urgent Care and get it checked out. Maybe have them clean it out even though there doesn't seem to be wax build-up. It feels like water that won't leave my ear.
