I did the audiogram today, but the doctor didn't really explain it to me. I would appreciate another opinion about it. My left ear hurts a little and it feels closed.

Hi there!
I have been looking at audiograms after I had my ears checked. Your hearing looks good to me - the boxes are where you would have issues - basically anything under the 25 line is normal - you have a couple of markers around 40 which is a mild loss. The graph I got was marked with normal/ mild/ moderate/ severe/ profound. I went to an audiologist whilst waiting for my ENT appointment. I am showing some severe hearing loss in my right ear which had markers showing around the 75 - 80 lines. This doesn't mean that your poor ear doesn't feel sore and it might be swollen - but your hearing is OK.

Thank you Glennie, I appreciate you wrote to me. I was really on stress. The way the doctor said it sounded so bad, I was so worried, you calmed me down. I hope everything goes well for you 😄
