Ear feels like something in it and weird sensations

I saw my gp about it last year, it's been on and off for about 3 years now since I had some pins and needles dizziness and fainting sensation last 2016.

Had nasal sprays for it, didn't work. my gp looked inside my ear again, but couldn't see anything, and told me it could be because my eustachian tube not opening and closing properly which is common with cleft palate and lop sided nose and there's little that can be done about it.

This year it has been constant, just a mild sensation in my ear, sometimes it mildly aches. it crackles a lot, even when jumping or running.

Chewing does nothing.

it causes pressure and tension in my head and eyes, when I touch something or carry something I sometimes feel the weird sensation in my ear, like my brain is focusing on my ear (really hard to explain, even to the doctor)..

sometimes I get a sudden humming or ringing in the ear for a few seconds.

I don't know what to do anymore, I feel fed up of feeling like this.

could whatever caused those sensations back in 2016 be linked to these feelings?

I can only hear in one ear and never had trouble with it in the past.

I have anxiety and depression and managing that.

Some things non related make me just cry, and I feel crying gets rid of the feeling for a while.
