Ear Fullness and Spitting Up Blood

I have pressure/fullness in both ears starting in the morning and lasting through the night. I have a little bit of tightness in my throat at times and side of neck. Blood work, chest x-ray and throat ultrasound all came back fine. I went to the audiologist and she did not see anything wrong with my ears, other than a little ear wax. my hearing is fine as well. I started to take Flonase in the morning. when I take flonase, a few minutes later I spit up blood. this is the only time I have blood in my saliva. my spit has been pretty thick prior to flonase and sometimes brown. Does anyone have any ideas of what this may be?
