Ear hurting and with a kind of pressure in it about 3 weeks now.

After I went to a concert, my left ear is like that. It hurted a bit and was sensible in the beguining, Now the sensibility is gone but I still have some kind of pressure inside of it and hurts sometimes. I already have tinnitus because of other factors and not because hearing loss, but after this is got louder. I was far way from the stage and stayed only 20 minutes, I don't know why my ear is like that. I just wants to get better soon..., I already had other crisis like that before, but only lasted 2 weeks then it got better.
