I woke up a morning and I sense a weird pression in my right ear, it was weird I didn't pay attention to it , the next day the pression didn't dissapears.I immediatly buyed antibiotics for ear infection. after 5 days I changed the medicament to another type of antibiotics for "ear infection".

I now finished the medicament I still have the same problem.

weird sound in my ear "znnnnn", I can't hear with my ear at all (I lost up to 90% of hearing with this ear) , I can hear sound of my mouth or when I eat or when I touch my hair (this sound I didn't hear it before) .. I got faver and rhum when I ate the second medicament so really I don't know now if I have ear infection or no I'm not even sure if I will get my hearing back.

I'm gonna find a doctor ASAP I ask here to know if it's really an ear infection or something else.

I think perhaps you should have seen the Dr first instead of self medicating.

I have no idea what the cause of your problem is.

Hi Karim, you could have wax blocking your ear. A doctor will be able to tell you when they take a look. When something blocks your ear, whether it is wax or an infection, it can decrease your hearing and makes your voice sound echoey. The sound you hear is called 'tinnitus.' This often happens when your hearing drops. You may be able to get your good ear to hear tinnitus just by blocking it with ear drops or your finger. Once your hearing improves the tinnitus will go away. It's always better to see a doctor before you buy antibiotics because you don't know what to take until you know what the problem is.
