Ear/liquid draining behind both ears & Eye/ continuous conjunctivitis?

 Hello, first time user, two issues, first issue is a newer one but has happened before in which I have liquid draining from behind both of my ears, it is a clear but little yellow substance and if left alone it will crust over, Anyone with same symptoms that can advise please do thank you.

Second issue chronic  conjunctivitis, four years now my eyes have been leaking a string it white  pussey like substance just like conjunctivitis and I have tried all over counter medications as well as about a dozen prescription antibiotics etc. anyone can advise on this as well thank you Johnnie Bunch
