Ear nose throat symptoms

Hi Guys, i've had GERD from last 1 year but it wasn't that regular before. Only from last 2 months it's been getting more regular and severe. It gave me sore throat 5 or 6 times in last 2 months. 15 days ago i visited ENT specialist and i was told that it's because of my nose bone not in the perfect location which makes my nose partially obstructed and this is the root cause of sore throat. the doctor did ear irrigation and prescribed me surgery he also temporarily suggested an antibiotic course. After 9 days of anti-biotic treatment my sore throat pain went away and left tonsil returned back to normal but right tonsil has not returned to normal size. i read about asymmetrical tonsils on google and it directed me towards "C" word. i was in panic and again visited an ENT specialist and i was told that "it's all clear and i don't have to worry, my tonsil is bigger in size but it's not that kind of big". from last 2 days i'm having right ear pain that is also radiating in my right jaw and right side of head, i can also feel a small lump beside my right earlobe, upon asking a GP i was told that it's lymph node and not something else.
I was again reading internet and they said if i see any white or red patches in my mouth or tongue it's serious and may be a sign of that "C" disease. i'm in panic guys and have no idea what to do. I've attached pictures of my tongue and tonsil from both sides as i feel there are white patches on the side. Kindly check and see if they look normal or abnormal.

few days ago all my tongue was white because of that 9 day course of antibiotics. rest of my tongue is fine now however i'm very worried about my condition. i've taken opinion from 2 ENT specialists and they look satisfied but Dr. Google is not letting me rest. i'm going crazy.

Regarding GERD, have you modified your diet since being first diagnosed?

In that case I suggest keeping off all suspect foods eg citrus, wine, spicy, fried etc. Also you should see the ENT every 3 mths or so to have a look down your throat and note any changes.
