Ear pain after operation

Posted , 2 users are following.

I've been suffering from nerve related pain and discomfort for over 4 years following a routine myrangaplasty operation I had and it seems to be getting worse. I've seen every specialist at the pain relief centre at Nottingham city but they don't seem to have a clue what's causing it. It's driving me mad and nothing seems to take the edge off it, has anybody else had any experience of this?

Hi, I have nerve damage and it is a very long story so I am going to the almost end. Had every procedure, including nevro implant. The bottom line is I am taking strong medication which allows me to have a somewhat normal life. Have had to adjust to a "new normal" and it takes a lot to accept, there is a mourning for the loss of you as you were. I did have a nerve conduction test that allows the Drs to know what nerves are involved and this might help with your situation. Sure do get where you are coming from and wish you the very best! Oh yeah, just thought you can go on line to websites that if you put your symptoms in they can suggest what it might be causing them and sometimes solutions that might be useful! 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

Hi again, Mayo Clinic has one I use and I also google medical websites that can match symptoms with possible health issues. Good luck.
