Ear Pain, but doctors can't find anything

Seven months ago I stuck a cue tip in my ear and it broke off. The cotton did fall off but in the process I was trying to get it out myself with a toothpick and my fingers. This is my left ear. My ear hurt for a while but I thought it was just swollen.

Seven months later i'm still in extreme pain.

It hurts so bad. I feel a sharp pressure, almost like my ear is being squished and suffocated. Two times the doctors have told me my ears are red. I've taken ear drops, hydroxide I think, and other medication but nothing has been a permanent solution.

I've gone to two ENTs and both found NOTHING. They checked hearing, pressure, looked in it, and still found nothing wrong.

Everyone thinks i'm crazy, but I can't live like this.

I need this pain to go away, it's driving me insane.

The doctor said maybe my braces are the reason my ear hurts, but to me it's obvious this all started with the cue tip.

And I can feel a bump in my ear. My left ear has a distinct bump in it and the doctors say its cartilage but I know for a fact that was not there before. This bump is right where the pain is.

There has to be something under the skin that they aren't seeing.

It's hurts so bad but there are no more doctors I can go see.

No one can find anything.

Help me.
