Ear popping/thumping synchronously to external sound

There is a thumping sound in my left ear whenever sound goes through my right ear and the external environment is silent. But if there is any other static sound like Fan or motor is present (i.e external environment is noisy) no issues for me.

If I wear headset in my left ear - there is no issue.

If I wear headset in my right ear - thumping occurs in left ear synchronously to the headset music/voice.

very very rarely when loud sound is near my left ear.. right ear gives a pop.. but its very minimal than left ear.

other weird scene here

other issues related - I have tinnitus , nose congestion when i lie down. Jaw bone pops when mouth wide open.

Hearing test done - no issues found.

Can someone tell me what is this issue? will Eustachian Tube dysfunction cause this? Hearty Thanks in advance.
