I have ear problems! come and go! ears feel full, heavy- headache goes with it often! so tired of feeling sick and tired!

welcome to the group, this forum has saved me we are not alone ! and yes ear issues are a common theme here most of us have gone to ENT among other specialists

Have had ringing in the ears 24/7 for 3 months. They also feel full and itchy. Also mild hot flushes and headaches.

Thanks, I read it, makes a lot of sense. I know I have to try and make myself relax more and try to be less tense, as I feel my whole body tighten up when I feel anxious or stressed

Yes. Perhaps do get yourself checked for TMD too -- you might be teeth grinder/clencher without knowing it.
