ear ringing

Hey my left ear this evening had a really high pitched ringing and it felt like I lot my hearing. After a while that side around where my ear is and and face felt a little numbish and warm. Anybody else had this? I also feel sick and weak. And it hurts when I swallow. Also my left side. Thanks

    Hi Rachel , I get ringing in the ears which is tinnitus and slightly muffled hearing in my left ear. Your best seeing your GP for them to confirm it. Far as I can gather tinnitus is different for everyone some people have it often and quite bad were as I don't have it often but it can be painful but I can't comment for anyone else only my own experience I hope you manage to get some answers
