Ear strange problem

A month and a half ago i developed otitis media. after treatment of 10 days antibiotics i still couldn't hear well from my right ear. The doctor then told me it takes time to clear and i should wait. My ear isnt in the condition it was but i still cant hear like my left ear. I went to another doctor he checked otoscopic and did a tympanogram. Everything looks good he said. My audiogram has a decline in 4000hz spectrum. After he told me that the be some damage to the nerve i panicked and tinnitus appeared the same day. But.. the weber test lateralized on the problematic ear. Which means conductive loss.

Other than that i also feel my ear to be full or stiff I can't explain it. Also when i eat it pops and actually feels like pumping air. I dont know what is going on the only think i didn't check is my nose and throat.

Anyone that can make any sense out of this?

no, I have the constant humming/roaring sound which I believe it to be "tensor tympani syndrome" 24/7 ... but this effects the noise around me and especially when I speak. Definitely vibration when I speak. it's almost like my inner ear is overly sensitive.

    morning.

you need to see an ENT. Insist on getting a refferal as GPS tend to fob you off when it comes to ear problems.
