Ear suddenly goes deaf for a few seconds

hi guys, I am a 21 year old female. I've been having an issue with my ears where sometimes either one, mostly the right one though will suddenly go deaf and ill hear a ringing sound that will then fade as my hearing comes back, this whole thing lasts like a second. it happens suddenly and it freaks me out. this only started two years ago but it used to happen once every few months but now its been happening more frequently. does anyone else have this? anyone know what it could be?

    Its Tinnitus. Very common and can become more frequent if you under any stress or worry. Totally harmless. However if you find its becoming a problem because you are hearing the noise all the time see your GP if in UK, or an ENT consultant if you are in one of the countries where you self refer.

      what about constant ear popping? like ears will pop when i swallow or i can even pop them myself whenever i want to im not sure how i do it but ive become so used to it that whenever i don't hear the pop when i swallow i also freak out lol

      Internal ear pressure. Ear popping is nothing to worry about but maybe you would find it helpful to consult your doctor or an ENT consultant .Your Tinnitus and ear popping could be connected.I think you just need a bit of reassurance that nothing is wrong.
