Ear Symptoms?

Hey everyone, ive had oretty bad health anxiety for the last 4-5 years. Usually its about my heart or a disease, but recently it's been my ears!
Ive always had a little bit of ringing in my ears from time to time, never been an issue. Yet a few days ago i swore my ear was ringing. I paused the tv and it stopped. For some reason i just became hyper-focused and anxious about my hearing ):
My ear (right) feels sore, and its like there's this little ringing/buzzing sound coming from the back of my head. When im distracted it goes away, but when im sitting in my room its like i can barely hear it. Im not dizzy or having hearing loss. Is this all my anxiety messing with me again?
Any advice is appreciated

anxiety can cause ringing in the ears. It can come and go. Mine started many years ago when I first started feeling a lot of anxiety sensations. If you don’t pay attention to it you can barely hear it or not hear it at all. When the room is quiet I hear it. Sometimes it’s very low and sometimes it’s a little louder. It really varies from person to person.
When you say your ear is sore do you mean on the inside? Is it painful?
I didn’t think I had any hearing loss but when I went to have a hearing test I did have a minimal amount in my left ear. Have you had a hearing test?
of course I’ve had The ringing for many years so that’s probably why I have a little hearing loss. If the soreness is on the inside of your ear I would suggest you have it looked at by an ENT doctor just to make sure everything is OK. But as far as the ringing, it just happens whenever and stops whenever. Have a great day.

I have severe health anxiety, adjustment disorder. I haven't taken any anti-depressants, which itself is a sign of depression. I get all kinds of weird ear issues - sometimes a feeling of fullness just outside ear canal, sometimes a ringing when i speak, sometimes fork being tuned kind of feeling. TMJ/TMD exercises regularly done exercises (Adam fields TMJ/TMD exercises in youtube) help.
