Ear trouble for almost a year

Hi, I'm new to this site and forums in general so sorry in advance if I don't do this right.
Basically, in the summer of last year, at some point in the night I got quite a bad ear pain in my left ear and it felt like it closed up. The right ear followed a couple hours later.
I had an earache in both ears for a few days which subsided.
I got it checked out and Doc said it all looks good. No signs of infection, ear drums nice and white etc.
I've had since then, however, a feeling of pressure inside both ears, kind of like they're full. When I I have fast through my nostrils my right ear fills up with pressure and I have to stretch my jaw to clear it. Occasionally, I get a pain inside my right ear. I've had tinnitus since the start of this whole thing - a faint ringing in my ears when quiet. I can move some kind of muscle in my ears which makes my ears crackle like Rice Krispies.
Both hearing tests I've had have come back fine, but I do think my hearing is very slightly muffled. So if I was a 5 on the scale they have to 20 and above being bad hearing, I'm now a 10 or 15.
ENT said it could've been a cold that caused it. 2 ENTs did tests and everything came back clear.
It's still bugging me however.
So my symptoms are;
Feeling of a slight pressure or fullness in my ears
Slight ocassional pain in both ears
Tinnitus
Crackling in ears
Right ear feels built up when I inhale through my nose
I'm my opinion, minutely muffled hearing
What I think it could be:
Eustachian Tube Dysfunction
Sinusitis? - I have hayfever and asthma - for 2 weeks recently my nose felt really clogged up and I could blow it for ages and keep getting snot out. I also think I may have a deviated septum as I have to mouth breathe a lot.
Some other things for you
I sometimes get pain around my eye socket and face
I have 2 wisdom teeth that need removing
I had a nasty cough and still have remnants of it for 3 weeks recently - I'm also asthmatic
2 weeks before symptoms first started I got really drunk and threw up violently
That's all I can remember right now
It could be anything tbh, being a hypochondriac I've entertained everything from throat cancer to MFD, ETD, and many more.
Any ideas help?
Thank you haha

I'd recommend continuing with the ENT until you get a resolution. I suffered for years with sinus pain and eventually had balloon sinuplasty in 2014 which did the trick. Now, I'm feeling daily ear pain, pressure, dizziness.....all point to Eustacian Tube dysfunction.

Yogic Pranayama Technique: For Eustachian Tube blockage
To clear eustachian tube of bad ear
Close nostril with finger on side of good ear
Deep Breathe slowly till lungs fill up in through nostril on side of bad ear
Close nostril with finger on side of bad ear
Breathe out slowly through nostril on side of good ear
Repeat procedure for 5 mins
I have gone to 3 ENT physicians, multiple tests and scans, lot of heavy dosage antibiotics, and a lot of money on unnecessary medications and nothing helped. I also used olive, garlic juice in the bad ear. This simple pranayama technique is proving far far more effective than these remedies.
Cheers,
Navi
