Earlobe herpes?

Ive been stretching my ears for around two years now and always had problems. Inflammations, infections, even though i treated my ears with care. I noticed the material of my tapers doesnt suit me so i bought black steel tunnels and put one in my right ear. I developed an allergy to it after half a year of wearing it with no complications whatsoever, and suddenly it got infected. I treated it with a cream my doctor gave me, but then this happened (see picture) and it appeared on my other ear as well?! I got antibiotics but I still am not sure where did this come from, its very uncomfortable and embarrasing and my ear stretching journey went to hell. My lymph nodes are swelled up and i feel dull pain behind my ears and in my neck. I dont know how to make the itchy, burning feeling to stop, sharp pain also. Is this something serious?
