Hi Jacqueline, I just bought the CBD oil and so far haven't seen a significant change ONLY because i,m also using Emuaid and trying Aloe Vera and tumeric oil.

Hi, When I'm having an insane itchy flareup I mix a tiny bit of Clobestol with Emuaid cream. So far so good.

My experience is that the steroid ointment is good for the first while. It stopped the itching for sure. But it didn't stop the ever worsening process of fusing.
I had more success with baking soda and borax baths and rinses. And that's how I keep LS under control still - Every other day a baking soda or borax bath. After most bathroom visits I rinse with water in which a small amount of either baking soda or borax is dissolved. As moisturizer I use coconut oil. Plus I adjusted my diet.

I started with baking soda, because I was familiar with it's effects. My mother used it when an infection didn't want to heal. It was gentle. Later I used borax. It worked on the last nastier part around the clit.
Mind you - it took lots of determination over a period of four years. But I won. Now it is a matter of continuous maintenance with the same.
What I try to tell is: It won't happen overnight. I was fused from top to bottom. A pretty ugly picture.
Diet is important as well. Avoiding added sugar helped, avoiding gluten made a difference as well for me. Just check your food and start with one at the time. And don't expect an immediate result.
I kept a photo log, so I would be able to compare and notice the tiniest progress.
It's the whole package that counts.

I have it sometimes that the borax rinses don't seem do work. That's when I start using the opposite, which is unpasteurized apple cider vinegar. Often it brings things back to normal. Just a small layer of apple cider in your Perin bottle and mix with warm water. Worth a try? It has something to do with the balance.

Hi, so glad you have LS under control. Were you able to unfuse? Is fusing permanent? I'm wondering after the nasty LS goes after the inner labia, where does it go next, the outer, the clit. Does it destroy all our lady parts. Every day I wake up to new fusing and patches although the itching has subsided somewhat in the past few days. I do watch my diet but not so disciplined with the vitamins. gotta get back on track.

Hi Susan,
Answering your questions: Before I started with the baking soda and later the borax baths and rinses, I was completely fused, except a small opening for passing urine. From when I started with baking soda and later borax, it took four years to un-fuse. The last part around the clitoris was the hardest. But eventually it went. The skin of course has been through a lot. But all healed. Intercourse is possible, though gentleness is key and enough lubrication (coconut oil)
My experience says: It is possible to get back to almost normal. The inner labia may have gone forever, I don't see much of that other than some lines. Meanwhile I'm 68.
Determination, discipline were important in this. I could not slack. And will always have to stick to the same routine.
Did I mention dilation?
