I have had severe health anxiety for two months. For about four or five days now my ears have been getting clogged up and now they seem cold. I also have had a cold forehead sometimes. I am freaking out that my brain/ head is not getting enough oxygen. Nothing is blue. Please help

That does not sound like anything that has to do with your brain getting oxygen. Ears can get clogged up for various reasons. Sometimes people have too much wax in the ears, allergies can frequently causes plugged up years, sometimes when you   have a cold in the recent past, your ears can stay plugged for a while due to the fluid buildup.

if you were not getting enough oxygen in your brain  you would have serious symptoms such as sweating, wheezing, rapid breathing, major confusion, your skin with turn cherry red color, etc. it has nothing to do with your ears been plugged. If it doesn’t go away have a visit with your Doctor Who can examine them and possibly possibly  give you suggestions as how to clear them out .
