Easily startled

Ive noticed myself getting so easily startled and ever since i started taking medication (its been 3 weeks) literally everything makes me jump. is this common?

Medications for anxiety and depression can cost increased anxiety in the first weeks. That would definitely make you feel a little jumpy. If it doesn’t go away within a reasonable amount of time let your doctor know. They can always make dosage adjustments etc.

don't worry i had this it all settles down in the end its all just adjustment. dont forget at the moment everything is on high alert so its only natural.
