First time on here and have a million questions .
I'm 65 diagnosed 3 years my question is
does thin skin and easy bruising reverse when you come off steroids?

I used to get little red marks on my forearms, once the upper layer of skin tore off and I didn't even notice until I saw blood! This has not happened lately as for I while I was at zero. Back at 2 mg again so I hope it doesn't start to happen again. Unfortunately we are all ageing at the usual rate any way so we will never return to quite how we were before PMR/pred.

Difficult to say - some people said theirs improved, others didn't. It probably has a lot to do with age as well.
My skin has been fine through 11 years of pred until the last year or so when bruising has appeared - but I do also take anticoagulant therapy which really doesn;t help!!!
