Easy does it..?

My GP

Has just increased my doasage from 75mg to 112.5 mg

After 3 weeks and 10 days on 37.5 before that

She said something like will try to keep me on a minium dose or something like that ? I haven’t actually seen her face to face all my appointments have been over the phone (which is difficult when you at work) .

I seem just feeling some benefit now

At least I told seem to obsessing about every problem big or small at the moment at least and feel calmer

Everyone is different of course

But should I notice a difference from 75mg going up to 112.5 mg ?

I haven't had the night sweats or weird dreams...yet

And I the headaches have eased off a bit now too.

    Hey Gary. You shouln’t notice too much as far as side effects as the med is already in your system and you are just increasing it. I’m on week nine since I was upped to 112 mg’s. Still going through ups and downs but gotta think positive.  Enjoy your day.

      It's not 2 days yet though !

      Your central nervous system is still acclimating to your previous dose, upping your dose will make you tired. It takes up to three months to feel the benefit of a dosage increase. Eat healthy, lots of green leafy vegetables, try a good multivitamin and omega 3,6,9 oil too.

      Regarding the dosage

      What dosage are you on

      If you don't mind me asking ?

      I try to eat green vegetables and fruit

      Plus I take boots 50+ multivitamin

    Hey Gary. I also feel pretty tired on the 112’s.  It seems I wake up tired. Lol. But today I feel I’m going through a blip. Dont feel good at all. Stupid thoughts and just generally dont feel good. Its minus 40 degrees outside but the sun is shining. Just have to get through this funk. Never experienced this before on Ven!!!!  Enjoy your day. It will get better.

      Gary I have been on 112. For six weeks feeling up and down.tried 150 for a week and it was awful back down to 112 today. Are you feeling real good now

    Hi, Gary.. It's so long ago since I was given VFX that I can't remember what it was like when I started taking it..Got it for Anxiety and Depression. You'll probably settle into it soon..Hope it works for you.. Best Wishes
