Eating?

I personally don’t think I have an eating disorder however I think it is slowly progressing into one. If I eat I feel ashamed and fat and I blame myself I purposely skip meals and just snack if I’m really hungry if not I fill myself up on water sometimes even make myself sick it’s been like this before but worse I didn’t eat anything and I got used to not eating now it’s hard to eat. I force myself to do exercises and I look at myself in the mirror and I beat myself up with my own thoughts....
