Eating disorder

hi

My name is Sarah.

A couple months ago I had dehydration during our game my coach was terrified of what happened to me so he decided to take me to the hospital. A couple weeks after that I was okay. About two months later I started having a hard time keeping my food down. There was this constant pain in my stomache. Every time it happens it always ends with a headache. I was just restricted to one meal a day. I can only have veggies. Most times I tried to eat anything different and I always end up in severe pain. I am taking an energy meditation drink to help keep me energized. I take pain reliever everyday just to ease the pain a little. I thought at first that maybe it was because I couldn't sleep well. And my body was just too tired. But as it is now I realize that it's not what it is. I can't understand what is wrong with me because I don't know what's going on one moment I'm fine the next I'm not this is scaring me I hope someone can explain to me what's going on.

    Hi Sarah

Have you spoken to a medic.? If you are vomiting unintentionally then I would question this a digestive problem which maybe have been caused if you have had an eating disorder. Do you go long periods without food or have a severely restricted diet. I was anorexic/bulimic for 15 years. When I tried to eat properly I would get bloated, nausea, constipation, flatulence. It took me a while to adjust back to normal diet.

Have you considered food intolerance, allergy, IBS that sort of thing?

    Good luck kelly
