It's hard. It's boring. But the days add up to weeks and then months. All that time, the pounds are falling off and clothes fit better, then become too big. If people at work and family support you, you will get through it. But it is work, no doubt about it. Hard work for a short period......

Totally agree, themore people on your side thebetter, but it is lots of very hard work. It's very difficult denying yourself the amount of food you used to consume, but it DOES work.

I managed to lose 5 stone (70 pounds) with the assistance of my surgery nurse - she was super supportive.

Thereis no better measure than the sight of belts becoming too large and having to punch extra holes in them.

Once you get going, the stomach shrinks, and you are unable to eat as much as before.

      Keep at it.

      Regards

It isn't easy never ends life long battle BUT don't give up

I'm hoping food becomes a backgroud thing for me

NOT something that consumes my thoughts daily

    Everyone is different too

what works for some doesn't work for everyone

I had Bi Pass Surgery in January and I've lost 7 stone

10 stone from the heaviest weight I was

Is life easier YES to some degree but food haunts me

But I will never give up the FIGHT so my advice is do what

is right for YOU don't do what others do

Keep up the good work and SMILE
