I Used to eat so quickly and when i realized this it was in high school we went on a "mini Field trip" (Our homeroom teacher took us to a Burger joint right down the street) so when I got my food, around the same time as everyone else, I finished it so fast that when I looked around me, everyone was just barely on their 5th bite!! Oh my class were like "omg you ate that so fast" Honestly it was so embarrassing and I felt Insecure about my fast eating habits. i then started to eat at a slower pace and then eventually i would just eat at a "normal" pace and I will get fuller faster. which is a good thing because when i would eat fast, I would eat every bite and feel so sick after.

    Yes its normal.

But I thing due to ettiquette, you might want to consider eating slower. You dont want people to think you are a pig.

    Thanks

I think it's normal, but I'm on the flip side in that I'm always the last person to finish. If you enjoy your food to the max by eating fast then that fine. I find I get a lot more enjoyment from eating my food a bit slower, so that's fine too.

I've tried eating faster to try it and found that I would feel a bit sick or get stomach cramps post eating.
