Eating more

Hey

Just want to pick up on something that quite a lot of you have been saying,you recon that you are eating more,I dont seem to be,I seem to be really careful not to eat to much because of the calories as well as the fat!!What else could I be eating??????

    you can have as much as you want as long as you watch the fat intake. if you get snack attacks, fruit, veg and hummus or a slice of toast etc are good.

    I find that skinny cow ice cream helps me on those moments and its low in fat and calories

    Hey,

    I just wanna say that i do think you need to eat with these tablets!

    Im only on day 9 and the first week i hardly ate a thing! it was like being back at weight watchers. I listened to everyones comments and i started eating a bit more.

    I am careful to eat low fat but am feeling so much better that im not hungry! I have lost 4lbs now and am determined to get to my goal weight!

    I have not yet had any side effects, a few spots but i think they are starting to settle down now. :D

    A good sweet snack is pink and whites. They are just wafer and mallow. The total fat per wafer is 0.12g and sat fat is 0.04g. I get mine in sainsburys and like to have one with a cuppa.

    I also live off snack a jacks and have a bannana every morn about 11 with a coffee!

    This forum is ace and is what keeps me determined!

    Hi again teejay,

    I have a fat, sugar & sweetner free strained greek yogurt and add some honey YUM YUM! Or veg (carrot, celery, red/yellow peppers) or fruit but just be careful of too much sugar.

    This is a day from the diet book from orlistat

    breakfast

    1 serving of musli, 1/4 semi skimmed milk, 1 boiled egg, 1 tsp low fat spread, 1 tsp marmite, slice a brown toast.

    This meal 14g

    lunch

    3oz chicken, 1 small can sweetcorn, 1tbls low fat dressing, 1 small white pitta bread 1stp black pepper, 1 med serving of peaches with 1 serving of dream topping

    This meal 9g fat

    Dinner

    haddock fillet 1 tbls of mashed pot with margarine, 1 serving of peas, 1 serving of brussel sprouts (9) 1 medium serving of fruit cocktail 1 scoop of low fat ice cream

    This meal 10g fat

    snacks

    10 cherries

    2 ginger snaps

    This 1g fat

    people think diet and think they cannot eat very much this is based on 1500 cal a day you have to eat regularly and remember portion size on plate veg half, carbs quarter and protien quarter and a sensable size plate not a turkey platter. :D

    I'm eating loads more food. I stick to about 1600 calories a day as you see from that I have loads to lose. As I drop so will the calories.

    1600 calories is a lot of food if it's the right sorts of food. I'm eating more now than ever before.

    I was the sort of person who would eat a bag of crisps and a mars bar for lunch then pick all afternoon. That type of eating soon whacks out the calories and loads more too. I had one day where I still did this but won't again :oops:

    For sweet things I try to have sugar free jelly, low sugar angel delight with skimmed milk, a bag of iced gems, skinny cow as nicky said or a breakfast bar - muesli type fruit and nut thing. Not all on the same day though :lol:

    Thats alot of food, I increased my intake after reading some of the post on this site, and it's seems to be paying off. :D

    I seem to have been on a diet of some sort or another forever and have become paranoid about putting anything in my mouth sad

    At last this time I feel more relaxed about eating as long as you keep the fat low, these little guys really work :o

    We'll see how well on Thursday 1st weigh in at the docs :shock:

    I know I've lost, just wish it was Stones not just Pounds!!!

    I'm glad you've got your head round it now :!:

    Don't we all wish stones instead of pounds :!: :!: But good things come to those that wait and after all, it is better to lose it slowly you know 1 or 2 pound a week.
