Eating too much fat, No side effects...?!

So I've just been on Xenical for 4 days (and lost 2 lbs so far)....but I just dont get any side effects. I dont want them and therefore I'm eating pretty clean, making all food myself,- that is all dinners, bread etc.
I'm trying to stay within no more than 8% fat pr 100 gr. (I think 5 is just too little so I'm pushing it 😉.
Anyways....No side effects yet. And yesterday afternoon I ate a huge meal with loads of fat. Didn't count, but it was aioli, chicken wings, oily boat potatoes....and I took a pill with it. Actually I wasn't thinking...to be honest. This is what I was served at my friends house and I took a pill without thinking. Rather panicked though when it hit me 😉
But NO side effects. Not then and not even in the morning. How come? Is it too soon? Do we react differently to these pills?
I though the oilyness came almost immediate?
Please tell me...
You know what I did this morning? I got so suspicious of the pills, I googled fake xenical and what to look for....and opened one. Haha! Silly me 😁
Small white bead -like pellets tasting awfully medical -like. Real, I guess 😉
So could it be that I just tolerate more fat than I thought...or do I have a jolly good time to look forward to....at the loo?
Sorry for me being so long, that's just typical....
Have a great fat free day!

I definitely think everybody will react slightly differently. I haven't been keeping my fat too low, I'm a firm believer in healthy fats(including real butter 😂 and the side effects have been minimal!! Some orange oil but no rushing to the bathroom or anything like that. I've been on them since mid January and I'm down nine lbs. It might seem slow but my doctor said 5% of my weight in three months was the goal, which is 5-8lbs so I feel I'm on track!!

That's true , I guess we will just have to keep trying and see how we can help each other if we find anything that works for us, I know we are all different but we are having the same problem not enough weight loss, lol
good luck everyone

Hi i can only speak from my experience my tablets tablets didn't fully kick it till a good 4 weeks, I've been on orlistat 7 weeks now had a good loss in my first week cos I was so frightened to eat but even if I have something fatty, i just get excess wind, I've never had any accidents or leaked oil.but that is just my experience everyone is different.

Some people say that it hits them instantly. That isn't the case for me. I eat pretty clean most of the time but the 1-2 times I was ''naughty'' it took at least 12-14 hours before I paid the price.
My transit times have always been slower, my body takes longer to get rid of stuff because it wants every little bit out of that food! Ha ha
But seriously mine uh ohs have been a fancy dinner = next morning on the toilet.

Thanks a bunch for all the replies!
?I totally forgot to reply myself as I`ve been having the flu lately...
?So it seems like we`re all reacting differently to these pills. Some get the wind, some get immedeate oil and have to run to the loo, some gets the oily things days after....and so on. I guess it`s all normal
?I`ve been experimenting a bit though. Some days ago I ate both pizza and a few pieces of chocolate ....absolutely a no-no. All I got was a bit too much wind...No oil, no loose stools, no cramps...So either it hasn`t "kicked in" yet, or I might just not react very much to these pills...
?Have to wait and see I guess, but as I`m still losing a little weight (even though it`s slowly), I won`t quit the pills.
?They`re still working even though we`re not running to the loo, right?
Keep up the good work!!

I pushed it too far yesterday - I couldn't resist a salted caramel muffin & oh was it delicious! However, this morning I rather urgently needed the loo but stupidly carried on what I was doing before going to the bathroom. In just those few mins I had leaked orange oil! I also then proceeded to stain the toilet with more orange oil. Soooo I think it depends on the individual x
