EBV reactivation?

I've been sick since April 2017. Was tested for everything, the only thing that came back positive was EBV. Tried 3g of Valtrex a day for 6 weeks in 2017 in an attempt to stop CFS.

2017, 2018, 2019 was mainly fatigue and headaches but manageable.

Since February of 2020 was home unemployed and stressed in lockdown. Ate horribly and didn't move. In July 2020 I've started feeling sore upper side of the body- it felt like it's made of cement, pain came and went.

In 2021 2.5 months after my second Pfizer shot my muscles over the body started aching. They feel sore. Neck, shoulders, arms, legs and my back. It's scary. I am waiting for my Insurance to approve the MRI of spine. I am mostly in bed now, pain is constant and significant.

I also have unrefreshing sleep and dizziness. I don't want it to be fibromyalgia or CFS. I don't want Lupus or MS either. I hope it's just a **reactivated EBV triggered by Covid vaccine. **Can EBV cause scary symptoms such as constantly sore muslces?

ANA negative. CRP negative. Thyroid normal.

Gonna start taking supplements, even though I don't really believe in them. Coq10, NAC, turmeric, l lysine, monalaurin, selenium and licorice.
