EBV test results need help!!!

Hi guys!

November of 2019 I had gotten pretty sick no fever but felt run down and weak, dizzy. About a week after that I got a rash which my trainer diagnosed it as the mono rash. I then had a sore throat, swollen lymph nodes and nigh sweats, i decided to go to urgent care where they had also said mono. they tested me with the monospot test, however, results came back negative. I then got bloodwork to test for mono and those were also negative. Over Christmas I had three severe sore throats went to my doctor she gave me antibiotics that did not help.

About 2 weeks ago I went to an allergist as I woke up one day with really puffy eyes, after i explained my symptoms she had also suggested mono and requested an EBV test. My results indicated that I had the virus sometime in the past but could not predict the timeline. I have been a runner my entire life and there has never been a time that I have felt this awful. Is it possible that I had the infection in November and now i just have the chronic fatigue. Keep in mind I have had the worst sleep schedule since becoming sick and I have been drinking more. Has anyone had anything similar to this?

I'm no expert but I think its possible to still have active ebv while still being negative. Ive heard that mono takes 6 weeks to get over but you can also stay contagious for up to 18 months. I'm no doctor but it seems like if you are contagious then your virus has to be active. Anyways I think the wise course is to treat yourself as if you are still healing even if you don't really know. I'd stop drinking for now, thats what caused my ebv to reactivate. look in to celery juice, there a lot if people that claims it kills ebv.
