There is definitely an anxiety factor in many ectopics and the more anxious you feel the more that creates a vicious circle. So keep calm.
Very many of us, once we get in the soothing atmosphere of the doctors find their ectopics mysteriously disappear and again if you take a 24 hour ECG the chances are the device will record very little.
So there has been a change in exercise? You may have found the exercise in itself calming, or at the very least kept you distracted, so any ectopics you might have had may have been reduced or not noticed.
Any other factors such as diet, although as you will see from many comments here they seem to come on for no good reason and depart just as unexpectedly, often after hours, days or weeks.
Lying on the right hand side tends to help and look up the Vagus nerve and breathing exercises and above all-easier said than done-don't count the numbers you have as that makes it worse!
Can you get the results quicker to reassure you which might be a good opportunity to speak to a doctor and get some expert advice
