Ectopic Beats: reassurance please ?

Hi,

for those of you who wore heart monitors (48 hour, a week etc) did any of you have literally no ectopics whist being monitored (for them to return with frequency and severity) only once the device had been removed ?

if yes can the specialists still tell if there is any (possible) heart damage even though the monitor picks up no ectopics whilst you are wearing it? can they tell from blood tests etc that there is no serious heart issue and that the ectopics are not in themselves damaging heart ?

if so How can they tell ? Thank you !!
