Ectopic heartbeats with hot flushes and some shortness of breath?

Posted , 3 users are following.

I've had ectopic beats for about 13 years and just lately everything sets them off but sometimes when I have a few I find my self a little bit breathless and keep going really hot they started more last year when from out of the blue I started to get anxiety attacks up until then I've always had great health was wondering if any one else in the same situation would love to talk to someone about it other than a Docter as half the time they don't listen forgot to say I've had 24 hour ECG all came back normal all bloodwork normal but I am very anaemic and I'm on iron tablets!

I cope with them by ignoring them Hun I just tell myself it's natural and not gunna hurt me I find they come on more when I'm tired or when I'm relaxing I think it's because I'm so busy in the day I just choose not to feel them if that makes sense yes 14 years now I think that's y I tell myself there normal because I've had them so long I never went on beta blockers I felt I could cope with out them do you have them everyday or just when your more anxious?

Haha I was going to say that around the time if mine maybe a week before they start going mad I feel them all the time yes when I first got them they came out of nowhere I was picking the kids up from school and boom there they were but 14 years later I'm still here and still going so I think that also has relieved a little of my anxiety have you tried coming off the beta blockers does it make it worse or better for you x
