Ectopic pregnancy symptoms?

Hi guys,

So for the last 4 weeks I have been experiencing serve groin pain and leg pain mainly on my left side. After many trips to my doctors and A&E I was told I am pregnant however a ultrasound scan can not find anything however they have found what looks like a cyst on my left ovary and there is fluid around it so they are presuming it is an ectopic pregnancy but my problem is mainly the pain down my legs and my whole body feels odd, like when I move I’m very ‘jumpy’ and when I try to sleep I justo and twitch.. is this a symptom or something else?

    Hi lauren,

You have described as  your whole body feels odd, does it mean that you feel dizzy? or fainting?? If it is so then it is mainly because of your ectopic pregnancy but pain in the leg is may not because of this. Anyhow take advice from the expert and get treated.

    1) The leg pain may be pain transfer from your ectopic pregnancy. There are many times when pain is transferred to different body parts such as in a heart attack the pain can go down the arm.

    2) Can you tell me onset, location, duration, character, aggravating and alleviating properties of the pain then I can better understand it

    3) It is also best to go to your doctor to check it out
