Hi Jilly I too have these ectopics and have been tested operated medicated but still not cured I am going to try and locate someone who specialises in this and try for a third ablation as my quality of life is not good I have had this since I was 19 and I am now 55! Any ideas or advice anyone?

      I try to eat healthy no processed foods tea coffee just water I take magnesium Taurate andCoQ10 but not sure yet if it makes any significant difference came off heart meds as I was feeling so ill heart rate down to 40 to 45 bpm 2 ablations didnt really eliminate them so looking at a 3rd! I also try not to take sugar as I know it is a trigger for me!
