Ectopics back after 6 months

Doctors told me i have supraventricular ectopic heartbeats, they disappeared for 6 months and now they are back. My heart beats in threes like two fast ones, then a palpitation and then a pause, this gives me a fluttery feeling, tightness and dull ache in my chest. I'm 22 and nothing i do seems to stop them, i have been offered an ablation but its a few months away and i don't want to take medication again since it might hide the ectopics when surgery date comes, also the medications rarely control my ectopics and make me feel crap. At this point I cant rest or sleep properly, my mental health is worse because of this and now I have bad symptoms from depression that make me feel nothing for life or myself.

    Dan,

Have you tried magnesium? I take magnesium bis-glycinate 200 mg at bedtime. It certainly helps my flutters (unless I am bloated, gassy and burping)

It also gives me amazing sleeps.
