I face ED problem from last 3 years i m 24 year old ........doctors do all test like testrone , blood and etc but all test reports are well...my penis get hard when i mastubrate and it get off repidly with in 5 sec and after mastubration i feel little pain and if i do 2 to 3 times mastubration in a one day i feel more pain in penis and feel my penis get shrink after mastubration....please help me doctors

    Sorry, but it isn't clear what's happening here.  It's normal for a penis to shrink back to normal size after ejaculation (whether from masturbation or sex).  If you can masturbate two or three times in a day, then is the problem only when you're with a partner?

    What does the 5 seconds refer to?  How long it takes you to ejaculate once you start masturbating, how long it takes to go soft after you ejaculate, or maybe something else?

      Difficult to maintain erection...

      When i start mastubrate than penis start getting erect and if i left penis before ejaculation than penis get soft very repidly with in 5 sec ............

      Or after ejaculation i feel little pain and my penis get shrink not soft ....like when any pipe suck with vaccum than pipe get shrink and get acquire to smaal shape like that my penis get shrink and it get stiff like all blood circulation get stop

      You mean that if you stop masturbating, it always (or usually) goes soft within 5 seconds?  That does sound unusual.  If you've already seen doctors though, then I'm not sure anyone here will be able to help.  Did the doctors already suggest you try one of the ED drugs, and if so did it work?

    Rahul ..i have the same problem..firstly my problem is psycological .bt after that during vigrous masturbation .i hurt my penis ..i have pain in penis from last 7 months and i have go through penile dopper thrice..i advised u to go for penile doppler only once .....and one more think have u pain in your penis?

      I also have erection problem pain is to little becouse of 2 to 3 times mastubration in 1 day but my main problem is erection i m not able to hold erection

    Do use any lube when you mastubate. It is the kind you find in a sex store or some stores where you buy comdoms. Rubbing your penis without this stuff, will cause alot of pain. Have your doctors tested you for high blood pressure or diabetes or a kidney disorder. These can cause ED.

    I have had ED for 5 to 10 years, but I also have a 10 cm penis due to having 47 chromosomes. I am xxy male. I usually don't produce sperm. I also get testosterone injections with testosterone cypionate.every 3 weeks due to having low testosterone levels. I am 65 yrs old, so I guess I am prone to get ED.

    I use lube because if I rub too long without it I have pain for several days.

    You should ask your doctor to give you a complete physical plus blood work to rule out medical reasons why you have ED at this time in your life. Good luck

      It sounds like he already had blood tests.  I'd have thought one of the ED drugs would be the next step, but it isn't clear if he's already tried them or not.

      It's normally only circumcised men that use lube btw, and not all circumcised men.

      Maybe since I am only 10 cm erect (length) and my girth is 11 cm (around), I use alot of lube. Otherwise, I have only 2 cm ( soft- not erect / length) and only 10 and 1/2 cm around, I may use more lube than an ordinary male whose penis length is larger than mine. I usually rub the head more than most men because I am small. But usually I can't get hard enough to ejaculate anything. If I do, it is usually only precum which is liquidy from my prostate.

      Doctor recommend me ED drugs ... and this drugs work on me but i think this is not permanent solution..........do i take drugs every day before sex?....

      Yes, it would involve taking one of the ED drugs every time you want to have sex (or possibly daily Cialis).  You may not find a better solution though.

      Oh my god it is impossible how i take ED drugs daily now i am 24 and i am un married .... my relationship not start yet ......i will get married at 26 and after that i take daily ED drugs till about 50 it is difficult........ better is that i dont go for marriage
