We're going to need a lot more information than that to be able to suggest anything helpful. eg how old are you, have you not had an erection in four months, how was it before, are you taking any medications?

I had a look at Greg's other posts, and it looks like he had prostate surgery 4 months ago. You're going to need to talk to your urologist Greg.
