I;m 75 and not ready to stop sexual activity. Cialis and viagra work to a degree but not 100%. Have been on testosteron ,1cc pr. wk.for last 2yrs. to no avail. My prostate is inlarged but flow not restricted to any large degree. Prescribed meds took away my sex drive. Off of those meds and libido is better. Any health store stuff that might help?

I posted this in another thread. I've been looking into low frequency shock wave treatment. Google it. It's been done in Europe for years. I don't no if it's quackery or not but it's worth some Internet search time.
My understanding is the penile implant is the absolute last resort. No going back after that surgery.

Hi Richard,
I tried most of the possible solutions to ED, meds,Cialis etc. = florescent lights turn blue, and you get temporary nasal congestion. They work well for a year or 3; penile suppositories = painful; vacuum pump = cuts off blood supply to your penis so it gets cold on the outside, and therefore it feels like a dead wet fish to your wife if she handles it. It's also painful and difficult to put on; penile injections are bound to be at least a little painful, hardly what is called for while making love; and also, repeated injections in one area are bound to create scar tissue which could eventually cause penile bending or Perones Disease. Finally, I got a penile implant. Problem SOLVED! You have a strong erection for as long as you and your partner want it, even after you ejaculate. Yes, it is surgery, and can go wrong. But it sound like you don't have much to lose. Get a very experienced person to do it. Private message me if you have more questions about it.

MK Just looked it up. It is covered has long as it is necessary. You still will have to pay your 20% I watched a few surgery's putting in the AMS700. Did not like the first doctor that I watch but the last one made it seam so easy. If you are planning on getting one. Make sure you fine a good doctor and talk with some of his patients that he had put them in. Good luck. They say they last at least 20 years Take care Ken

It was covered by MEDICARE in my case, and I'm sure it would be covered by insurance.

I've found that the only thing that helps me with both libido and erection strength is Cialis.......unfortunately I can't afford it. I have a few tablets left from when I got my discounted initial prescription but I take them sparingly. Nothing else I have tried has worked as well. But it works wonderfully for me. I have erections and drive like I was when I was 16. I love it!
