I've been taking venlafaxine for a few years now, and yeah I've noticed that I haven't been able to get a erection during sex quite alot, part of the reason is that I barely have any sexual drive which I'm sure is because of the efexor. It sucks when I'm with someone, I just want to be out there doing stuff normal people do. Also I haven't noticed loss of sensation in my penis, only just the ability to get/keep an erection.
It sucks because efexor is a b**** to get off.

Yes definitly, I've been on Effexor for a couple of years now, and I don't get as much pleasure from masturbation, and it's harder to feel aroused. I honestly wish doctors would stop prescribing it to people, the side effects are very precarious, and let's not even start with the withdrawals which are insanely scary (you can only know what I'm talking about when you've experienced it, or tried to go cold turkey, you're legitimately scared from what's happening to your body and brain)
