Effect of reduced movement on thyroid activity

Hello,

During COVID, my activity has changed significantly. All the work I do is from home so, even though I exercise, I have less movement and social exposure over the last 5 months.

Do you know how does a reduced physical activity reflect on the activity of thyroid in a healthy person?

I am asking for the following reason. I take thyroxine pills. Recently, I did a blood test and discussed with my endocrinologist, and we slightly reduced the dosage of thyroxine I usually take. So, I am wondering how much this can be related to my reduced physical activity.

I did find on the web that physical activity has effect on thyroid, but I could find any quantification. For instance, if a person takes 50 micro-grams of thyroxine per day, by roughly how much should reduce the dose if physical activity gets significantly reduced?
