Effexor and Cymbalta Which one Has Longer lasting Withdrawal Effects ?

Hi

One years ago I used effexor for 5 months then gradually quit. Withdrawal effects have lasted two moths. I totally scared to use efexor then but now I have to use something to feel like human.

I scare efexor but how is cymbalta ? if I use cymbalta one year then gradualy quit how many days after I become normal (withdrawal free)

Thanks. Anxiety and other things affect me realy high these times.
