i have been on effexor 75mg slow release for 2 years. i lost my dad, had retina detachment, fell and cracked my head and started having panic attacks. i want to wean but have no support. please someone help with what worked for them.

Hallo I am sorry that you are so unwell I have lost two family members and had detachment. It is so frightening I completely understand. I am 78 and have a loving wife. I have been on Citalopran for years the doctor increased it to 20 today and gave me some Diasapan tp help till it starts to work. I cannot advice on your medication but just to show some love may God Bless you it will be alright see another doctor for advice, I know how hard it is to sort things when you feel as you do just Allen let us know how you get on
