Effexor XR Increased sex drive!??

so ive been on Effexor XR for a month now and ive noticed in that 2/3 weeks my sex drive has been increasing insanely. im not complaining and im sure my man isnt either! but im just curious if anyone else has experienced the increase?

my sex drive was extremely low and id be satisfied with having sex once or twice a month. ive also had problems getting turned on and producing natural lubricant.

but since ive been on this medication i have no problems what so ever getting turned on and producing natural lubricant. i feel like i want to have sex a couple of times a day. im actually really enjoying this. for the first time in my life i can actually enjoy having sex.

maybe it could be because the meds have been working for me for my anxiety and feeling more confident. so its also helping reduce my sexual anxiety. who knows but i am extremely happy so far with how this medication is working for me. im just hoping that the increased sex drive doesnt randomly decide to go away!
