No, it's a "normal" result of that proceedure. Something like 80 percent of the time? My Uro recommended a TURP and didn't even mention it as a risk.

    How are you symptoms otherwise?

No, the OP mentions RE in his message so I think it's now Retrograde?

Uncklefester is correct, he had RE for several months, but now he's ejaculating normally. I'm thinking that the upper sphincter is working more like it should. Perhaps from the healing process?

I had TURP in June 2017. My symptoms are all gone. Bu RE stays.

I used flomax for a kidney stone and RE effects darn near made me suicidal. I had no idea what RE was or how it happened to me. It totally destroyed the sensation of my climax. It was someone ruining my sneeze but about 100 times worse.

If anyone wants to know what RE is like, try flomax and see if you get it. Take it for a few days to really let it kick in. I had to stop taking it for 2-3 days before it was out of my system enough that my orgasms returned to normal.

no big difference of feeling but with total dry ejaculation you are still missing something!
