Ejaculation (prostate?) problems

Hello!  I have a problem.

Since I was 13 I've been masturbating almost daily with a 2-3 day break every now and then.I've had no problem masturbating until just recently.

At first it felt as if semen got stuck and wouldn't jet out.My semen was thick and there were yellow thick gooey bits in it. It's been 3 weeks since I first noticed this. Ever since it started I haven't had a proper ejaculation. My semen would always drip / leak out and in small volumes.

One time it felt hard to maintain an erection because of this odd feeling of obstruction, even before I had reached orgasm.

I'm single and I haven't had sexual contact with anybody. A few months ago however, when I went to get a check on an internal stage 1-2 hemohrroid that I've been trying to get rid of,they told me that my prostate had swollen .. I don't know if both problems are related. Also on rare occasions I feel sharp pain in my groin that lasts 3-4 seconds and comes in quick waves.

Do you guys know what this could be? Have you got a similar problem and how do you deal with it?

Hi Petresko, prostate infections are common in men of all ages and can originate from many things. Definitely make an appointment with a ureologist for some blood and urine tests. Many times similar problems can be remedied with simple antibiotics. Don't put it off. Find a ureologist in your area and make the appointment today. Good luck and if you like, check in to let us know how your doing.

This is gonna be difficult because I'll be working for the next 3 months and my shedule is 4 work days and 2 spare days . I'll try to make an appointment, but it's not certain.

      Thank you for the response!

You are making excuses. You'll worry even more if you don't get this looked into, It'll depend where you live but see if  there is a men's health clinic locally. You could regret this if you don't follow up this issue. Good luck.

I'm not making excuses.I want to go get a check, but I must go to work and in Bulgaria we've got some of the most lazy and incompetent doctors in the world. It's not certain when I will make the appointment but I'll take the first chance I get.

Of course you must go to work. If you are self-employed it is difficult. No work, no money. If your employer doesn't care it's equally difficult. Have you any holiday leave that you could use? Perhaps you are on a casual contract. Yes, it is easy to give advice and it is often difficult to take the advice because of your personal circumstances. You are obviously a sensible person but caught up in a trap not of your making. This a bad situation and if it is not resolved as soon as possible the situation may get worse. I hope that you can find a way through this situation. This is not how I would run the UK. .

There is no leave, because it's a tempoirary summer job.I have 2 spare days every 4 days so I have to find a way to get an appointment within that period of time.Thankfully the city Im gonna work in is 36km away from home so traveling for an appointment is not a bother.

I'll try to get an appointment asap and I'll keep this thread updated.

I'm sure many of us could have masturbated for England over the years. And so what? More to the point is that you have been told that your prostrate is enlarged. What did the Doc say, "Oh, your prostate is swollen..just go home and worry." Don't bother asking other guys whose guess in no better than yours. Go back to your doctor. That's what they are for.
