Elbow TEA revisions and removals

My elbow replacement has failed and come through the Ulna bone and the Humerus bones . It needs revision or removal . I seem to be sensitive to the metals used, so am thinking about having it all removed and just having a "flail " arm, where I always need a external brace of some kind. Anyone here dealt with this kind of thing and can offer words of wisdom to me? Thanks for any help or connections to others you can give me! Patrice
