Electric shock feeling/Fainting

For about 10 years now i have had dizziness upon standing when weeding my garden or squatting. In the last two years i have had electrical shock feelings when i stand in the lower abdominal region that makes me light headed and extremely dizzy. I have passed out numerous times in the last two years because of this. i have had a slew of tests done that always comes back normal. MRI, CATscan, EKG, heart monitor. My last MRI showed Inflammation conducive to Pelvic congestion syndrome, however, the doctor does not think it is this. Has anyone else experienced this? please help! I am prone to anxiety attacks.

Hi Kodie? Have you also had your iron levels and red cell count checked?

I have both anxiety attack and anaemia. I get the electric sensations in my legs too which I figure is from anxiety (cuz I also had am MR and all was alright), and I get dizzy too when I stand up too fast, but this is mainly due to anaemia and constant low blood pressure.

After having sudden issues with chronic dizziness and a near fainting episode i also had many medical tests all cone back normal. After 6 months of feeling awful i wanted my normal life back. I decided to try anxiety medication Lexapro. It has allowed me to live a much better life. I highly recommend giving it a try.
