Elevated liver enzymes

Has anyone taking Sertraline had bloodwork done an liver enzymes ALT & AST elevated? This is second time it has done this! First time back in Aug of 2014, on Sertraline for 2 1/2 mnths an bloodwork shows both at 51 & 53. Stopped the Sertraline. Also had joint pain bad. Liver enzymes started going down. Last bloodwork showed in Sept of 2014 enzymes had gone down to low 40's after 1 mnth off Sertraline. But it really helped me mentally! Lexapro did nothing. So asked to be put back on Sertraline an on it for 3 1/2 wks at 25mg to go slow due to the liver enzymes issue. Now having dull pain every now an then on rt side under lower ribs. I haven't had any bloodwork done since Sept of 2014. Im wondering if enzymes are elevated again! I hope not. Sertraline really helps me. Anyone have this issue on Sertraline?

Thanks,Zio

I have the same pain but just assumed it's muscular. Haven't mentioned it to GP.

You might want to get blood drawn for liver enzymes check. Im fixing to go up to 50mg. Kinda scared since having that pain last wk an half off/on. That's where liver is located. Any joint pain or itching?
